Plan changes are something we are aware of at BSD Shuttles and Tours. We only ask that you provide us notice of any changes to your transfer within six hours of the time of pick-up, and we will do our best to comply.

All reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the transfer’s pickup time. Transfers that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, while no-shows will incur a 100% fee. In the event of an emergency, kindly inform our phone line as soon as possible.

No, BSD Shuttles and Tours does not require you to register online. You can still make a reservation or request a quote, but you won’t be able to amend or cancel it on your own afterwards.
